Samsung Galaxy S21 lineup specifications revealed as the launch event is around the corner. However, a guy named Vaibhav posted on his Twitter account named TechDroider.
Recently the marketing renders were revealed by Onleaks. As he received it from a Chinese supplier. Now the specs sheet has been revealed.

Samsung Galaxy S21
The Samsung Galaxy S21 has a 6.2-inch Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED display, which has a resolution of 2400 x 1080 FHD+. The maximum brightness can go up to 421 PPI.
The phone runs on Android 11 based on Samsung UI 3.1. Under the hood, the phone is powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 2100. According to the leaks, the phone will have two variants 128 GB, 256 GB. As there will no expandable storage.
Samsung S21 will have a triple camera setup on it’s back. It will have a 64 MP telephoto lens, a 12 MP wide lens, and a 12 MP Ultra-wide lens. On the front, there will be a 10 MP selfie camera. The telephoto lens will have the ability to record 8K videos.
Other than that, the phone will be 5G enabled. It will have an UltraSonic on-screen fingerprint. The connectivity options are Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C, Nano + eSIM, USB-C charging, etc.
The Galaxy S21 will pack a 4000 mAh of battery which will support up to 15 W of fast charging along with Wireless Power Share. Additionally, the phone will feature Dolby Atmos Stereo Speakers by AKG.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus
Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus is similar to the Galaxy S21, however, the only difference is it’s screen and battery size. The S21+ comes with a 6.7 Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED display. The display supports up to 120HZ of refresh rate.
The phone is powered by the same Samsung Exynos 2100 SoC. The variants are 128GB and 256 GB. All the connectivity options are the same.
The S21+ has a slighter bigger battery than the S21. The phone packs a 4800 mAh of battery, which supports 25 W of fast charging. Other than this, the camera’s figure is similar to the S21.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is the top of the line variant. The S21 Ultra has a 6.8 inches Infinity-o Dynamic WQHD+ display, which supports 120HZ of refresh rate.
The phone is powered by the Samsung Exynos 2100 SoC, also used in S21+ and S21. The S21 ultra has three variants (128GB, 256GB, 512GB). All three models run on Android 11 based on Samsung UI 3.1.
The Ultra model features a 108 MP wide lens, 10 MP Telephoto lenses, and also a 12 MP Ultra-wide lens. On the front, there is a 10 MP selfie camera.
Though the S21 Ultra has a huge battery compare to S21 and S21+, it packs a 5000 mAh of battery. As all these specs are rumored based, the company didn’t reveal anything yet. The S21 lineup will launch on 14th January.
