Xiaomi has introduced the Redmi 9 Power today which will go on sale on December 22 at 12 noon. The phone has some quite good features, as well the device falls in a budget segment. It is a similar device (Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 4G) which is recently released in China. The phone price in India is almost 10,999 INR.

Xiaomi Redmi 9 Power Specifications
Out of the box, the phone comes with a 6.53 inches IPS LCD with a waterdrop notch on the top center. It has a resolution of 1080p, also the phone screen has been protected by Gorilla Glass 3. The phone runs on Android 10 based on MIUI 12.
The Redmi 9 Power is powered by Snapdragon 662 SoC and has two storage variants. The base variant is 64GB (UFS 2.1) and another variant is 128GB (UFS 2.2), along with this there is a 4GB Ram. The Storage is still expandable with the help of a dedicated microSD slot.
On the back, the phone has a beautiful Quad camera design which has a 48MP primary lens, 8MP of Ultra-Wide lens, and 2MP each for depth and macro. On the front, there is an 8MP of selfie camera. Additionally, there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, while the phone has also a 3.5mm jack. There is a USB Type-C 2.0 and USB on the go feature. The phone packs all essential connectivity options.
There is also a huge 6000 mAh of battery with an 18W of Fast Charging Support, while the company has packed a 22.5W of adapter in the box. Overall the phone has some promising features and the price is also reasonable. This would be a better competitor for other mid-range devices. The phone will officially go on sale on 22 December in India.
