New rumors suggest that Apple’s next-generation iPad mini 6 (or 2021) will come with a redesigned, slim bezel design. The new tablet is speculated to debut on September 14 at an official launch event alongside iPhone 13 series.
While the development of the product has not been confirmed by Apple yet, several leaks hint towards its release later this month if they are accurate in portraying what it may look like when released. The latest information says that Apple is going to release a new iPad, iPhones, and wearables in September.
The iPad mini 6’s design reportedly shows a unified front panel with thin bezels and no home button. The iPad mini 6 will feature a larger edge-to-edge display and the absence of a Home button.
The Apple iPad mini 6 will reportedly feature the same processor that powers the last year’s releases like the iPhone 12. This means it should be really fast, ideal for running games and apps on the go.
There’s been an ongoing debate on whether the next-generation iPad mini will have a LED display. Earlier, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said it would be released in 2020 whereas Display Supply Chain Consultants’ CEO Ross Young refuted these claims and his statement was made public earlier this June.
Rumor has it, Apple may have a new iPad mini 6 in the works with an expected launch date of September 14. If this doesn’t happen with iPhone 13 series later on then it is expected to arrive sometime after October 1st!
