Lenovo Unveils Affordable IdeaPad Flex 3i Chromebook and M9 Tablet Ahead of CES 2023.
Tech giant Lenovo has unveiled two new affordable devices just ahead of their showcase at CES 2023 in Las Vegas.
The first is the IdeaPad Flex 3i Chromebook, a ChromeOS-powered 2-in-1 computer with an array of connectivity options, and the second is the M9 Tablet, an Android-powered device with a 9-inch display.
The IdeaPad Flex 3i Chromebook is set to launch in May 2023 for $349.99 and boasts impressive specs for its price point.
It runs on an Intel N-series processor (N100 or N200, depending on the model) and features integrated graphics powered by Nvidia, up to 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of eMMC storage. It also includes Wi-Fi 6E support, Bluetooth 5.2, and up to 12 hours of battery life.
Regarding hardware, the IdeaPad Flex 3i comes with a 12.2-inch display and can be configured with either an Intel N100 or N200 processor and either integrated Intel graphics or dedicated Nvidia graphics.
It also offers the choice between 4GB or 8GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of onboard storage, which can be expanded via a microSD slot. The device includes two USB-A 3.5 Gen 1 ports, a single USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, an HDMI 1.4 port, and a Kensington slot.
It also boasts dual microphones, Wi-Fi configurable up to Intel Wi-Fi 6E, and a choice between a 720p or 1080p web camera. The IdeaPad Flex 3i also comes equipped with a pair of 2-watt speakers.
Overall, the Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 3i Chromebook offers a range of premium features at an affordable price, making it a strong contender in the budget market.
The M9 Tablet, on the other hand, offers a more basic set of features for its price point. Both devices are set to be showcased at CES 2023 in Las Vegas next month.
