On the first day of the new year, Sony has finally dropped some good news for the Indian fans. The company has decided to launch the Sony PlayStation 5 on 2nd February 2021. The PS5 was earlier launched in other countries on November 12th, while the products were shipped on the 19th of November. But unfortunately, India was not amongst those countries.

Although the Microsoft Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S were launched and shipped last month in India. Sony went through a high demand ratio by the users, due to which they were not able to ship the items on time. Sony revealed the PS5 prices in India back in October, in which the PlayStation 5 price is almost 49,990 Indian rupees, while the PS5 Digital price has been set to INR 39,990.

But the wait is almost over, finally, there is some good news for the PlayStation fans in India. The company will launch the Console on 2nd Feb, while the pre-orders will begin from 12th of January at 12 PM. The pre-orders will be available on authorized retail partners (Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital, Games The Shop, etc).

So be prepare your self for the Pre-orders, as they are going to start on 12th January. The launch date is officially announced by Sony Interactive Entertainment, however, the event will be held at the start of the second month. Further details will be shared, so stay connected.
