Fortnite will give free V-Bucks to MAC and iOS users because of the current dispute between Epic Games and Apple.
In August, news broke that Epic Games sued Apple for removing the game from App Store. The court battle between the two is still going on and players are unable to play the game until the judgment arrives. According to Apple, Epic games violated the rules and thus they banned the popular game by removing it from the Apps store. iOS and MAC users suffered from this row as they were forced to switch platforms.
Because Mac & iOS are blocked for Fortnite updates, we're beginning to grant a V-Bucks bonus for players on these platforms — to spend on any platform. The V-Bucks grant is expected to be completed by November 9th.

After a while, Epic Games announced on Twitter which clarifies that all the iOS and Mac users will get the reward of Free V-Bucks. The players can spend all these free V-Bucks on any platform they want from November 9. The players will get V-Bucks equal to the amount of current Unspent V-Bucks they purchased before the ban. The process is expected to complete on November 9th.
Since the ban, iOS and Mac users have missed the Marvels Crossover Event. It is a huge loss to a decent gaming community because some of the rare iconic skin character and events may never return.
However, Fortnite is available on PC, PS4, Xbox One, Android mobile devices, and Nintendo Switch. The final decision from the court still can take some time. Till then, players can switch platforms to enjoy the new content and can hope the best for the future of Fortnite Mobile through Apple Products.
