Far Cry 6 is probably getting a new feature known as DualSense including haptic feedback. The news has been confirmed by the game Lead Designer David Grivel with Play Magazine Interview.
The upcoming sequel of Far Cry will immerse the gaming experience on the latest PS5 with DualSense haptic feedback. The lead designer mentioned that,
“We are supporting the DualSense, including haptic feedback (among other PS5 features to be communicated soon). We can’t wait for players to experience the game on that platform; it feels great with the large roster of vehicles and weapons we have”.
What is DualSense Haptic Feedback?
In short, the Haptic feedback feels you the impact of in games actions. This will let you experience the in-game reverberations, explosions, and everything that happens in-game. The DualSense PS5 controllers work with the supported PS5 games.
As there are plenty of PS5 games that support DualSense haptic feedback, which gives you a real gaming experience with every impact that happens in-game actions.
Just like that, the Far Cry 6 will also have support for DualSense haptic feedback, so DualSense will play an important role in the Far Cry 6.
