Samsung will launch their budget Galaxy M series in India on 28th January. Yesterday, thanks to a user manual leak, we know details about Galaxy M20. Now, new images of Galaxy M10 user manual leaked the specs and other details of the phone.
Galaxy M10 User Manual leak
On the right are the Volume rockers and Power button. The left side houses the SIM Card/ Memory Card Tray.
On the back, we have the Dual Rear Camera with flash and fingerprint sensor. Though not clear in the image, the leaker claims that M10 has a USB Type-C port and 3.5mm port at the bottom like the Galaxy M20.
From the schematic diagram, it seems Galaxy M10, unlike the M20 misses out on the NFC antenna.
Now, check the second image. It shows the Memory Card / SIM tray. I thought the M20 has a hybrid Card tray. But, the M10’s SIM / Memory Card tray has 3 slots, two for SIM cards and one for microSD Memory Card.
This means it has a dedicated slot for expanding storage on top of two SIM cards. Since the lower M10 has a dedicated expandable storage option, I am guessing the M20 has it too.
Samsung Galaxy M10 Specs
Thanks to the Dutch website, we also have a few details about the specs of Galaxy M10. Here it is:-
- Samsung Exynos 7872 SoC
- RAM – 2GB / 3GB
- ROM – 16GB / 64GB
- 6.2 inch LCD Display (720x1520px, 19:9 Aspect Ratio)
- Dual 13MP (1.12μm, f/1.9) + 5MP (1.12 μm, f/2.2) Camera
- 3400mAh Battery
- Android 8.1 Oreo
The lower M10 has a lower Exynos 7870, as opposed to 7885 on M20. The Camera and design are very similar to the M20 and the screen is only a 0.01 inch smaller than the M20.
Also, the M10 has a smaller 3400mAh Battery than the huge 5000mAh battery on the M20.
We have clear details of two phones in the budget Galaxy M series. These phones will be priced from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 20,000 which is a very good price for these specs. But, can Samsung beat it’s arch rival, Xiaomi in India?
